About Porsche Design Tower Sunny Isles Beach
With a track record of success in leveraging luxury brand partnerships within the real estate arena, in 2012, Dezer Development announced a master licensing agreement with Germany-based Porsche Design Group to expand the iconic brand’s reach into the residential real estate market. The result of this endeavor with Porsche Design Group is the under-construction Porsche Design Tower, a 60-story ultra-luxury tower in Sunny Isles Beach. The building has earned global acclaim, in no small part because of its first-of-its-kind automobile elevator lift system – the Dezervator. The patented Dezervator is the brainchild of, and aptly named after, the tower’s developer, Gil Dezer.
